• Keynote Addresses Half Day Sessions are 1 to 3 hours in length and include one break.

• Canada/Mexico - $4,000
• Other Foreign Countries - $6,000
Full Day Sessions are 4 to 6 hours in length and include two breaks and a lunch break.
• Texas, New York, Washington State - $2200
• United States - $4,200

All fees are plus expenses, which include:
