In 2006, Jan Wagner, founder of Yello Dyno, invited Judy to become the Yello Dyno National Education Director. Judy has trained and worked with Jan as well as Michael DeLuca, the New York State Director. Her personal hands-on experience with the curricula will be invaluable to educators for whose schools and organizations she helps to add the curricula. Plus, her training sessions are often received with standing ovations. Judy has always held a very special place in her heart for children. This calling led her to a career teaching elementary school children in the states of Georgia and Washington. Starting in 1996, Judy began to extend her professional skills and caring nature for children and parents through presentations and program development at Everett Community College. She also developed and implemented programs for the Children’s Home Society of Washington for eight years. From 1998 thru 2006, Judy served as Associate Director for Protect-A-Child Today, a nonprofit organization that was established in response to the need to improve child personal safety and quality of parenting in Washington. This community-based service organization focused on empowering children with personal safety and life skills, while building stronger families to ensure optimal child development. With a mission to protect children from all forms of victimization, the initial program and product used to fulfill that goal fell short of expectations. Fortunately, Judy learned about Yello Dyno and this time their expectations were exceeded. Judy taught her instructors to teach the Yello Dyno curricula, then she and they presented classes to over 8,000 children, and Yello Dyno Raising Safe Kids! parent workshops to thousands of parents. Judy looks forward to personally helping you meet your need for keeping your children safe. Contact Us |
